2008-2009 Special Project of the Alumni Association Board of Directors
Each year the members of the Alumni Association Board of Directors provide a gift for Simpson College above and beyond their support of The Simpson Fund. The 2008-2009 board members provided special funds to purchase 28 red and gold flags and the materials to make flag poles. These flags and poles were given to merchants on the Indianola square to fly on dates significant to the College. We thank McCoy True Value for making the poles and the following for their generosity:
